Job Description:

One of our valuableChinese Client seeking to hire a high level senior business development managerfor their upcoming Cigarette brand in Pakistan. The incumbent will manage the business operation inKarachi and potential look after other region as the company expand. Thesuccessful candidate should have the following attributes to qualify for thisrole.

 

·        A degreein business management preferably in marketing from the superior businessinstitute

·        Atleast 10 years’ experience of which 5 years should be in managerial experience inbusiness development of leading tobacco brands in Pakistan particularly inKarachi

·        Focuson sales and distribution development - set up an effective distributor networkand maintain distributor contacts as well as other relevant channels ofdistribution

·        Conductmarket sizing exercises and develop channel mapping analysis

·        Managebudgets, planning and their implementation, both in sales and marketing

·        Workwith numbers-driven reporting and with excellent understanding of calculationsin different channels
