Job Description:
Chief Butcher responsibility is to plan, prepare, and execute all portioning, ordering and inventory of meats and seafood in accordance with the Company standards and plating guide specifications.
Job Specification:
- Holder of a basic food Preparation, Health & Hygiene and any other relevant Certificate - Ensure full liaison with other members of the section and the Kitchen team - Strong communication skills in English is highly desirable - Key relationship with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs - Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with other departments in the Café’s, especially F&B outlets and Banquet Operations.
