- Keep detailedrecords of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Diagnose andrepair faults, malfunctions, or failures in fire alarm and suppression systems.
- Stay up-to-datewith local, state, and national fire safety codes and regulations.
- Ensure allinstalled systems comply with relevant codes and standards.
- Communicate withclients and building occupants to address their concerns, provide systemtraining, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accuraterecords of all installations, programming changes, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Prepare detailedreports and documentation for clients and regulatory authorities as required.
