Job Description:
  • Conduct safety analysis and HSE audits, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and guidelines across all departments.
  • Develop, monitor, and regularly update HSE procedures and policies manuals.
  • Facilitate and lead monthly training and awareness sessions on HSE matters.
  • Review specifications and prepare purchase requisitions for goods and services related to HSE activities.
  • Evaluate and oversee fire drills, ensuring the availability of firefighting equipment.
  • Provide support in accident and incident investigations, maintaining detailed records of incidents.
  • Conduct budgeting analyses considering HSE-related implications.
  • Ensure that all permits-to-work adhere to safety parameters.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other departments to perform job safety analysis, hazard
  • identification, and risk assessment for new projects and activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key counterparts and stakeholders, both internal and external to the company.
  • Strictly adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management.

Job Specification:

  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including effective prioritization and multitasking.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated capability to establish and nurture productive working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Proficiency in various computer applications, particularly MS Office.
