Host the guest experience and is the ambassador of all food and beverage items and goodwill.
Takes order for all food and beverage items, utilize suggestive selling techniques.
Deliver food/beverages to guests (accurately and completely).
Clear tables during service.
Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and performs various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.
Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of bar/lounge areas and servicing equipment.
Dispose of all waste, clearing all tables, and wiping down bar and preparation and bar areas.
Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
