Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·        To ensure that latest food trends, presentations, food quality and standards are upheld in all pastry and bakery product according to local food and health safety procedures.

·        To communicate and support the Food &Beverage development strategy of all products

·        To effectively support the process of maintaining the products, progress with ideas and inputs.

·        Positively identify and acknowledge excellence in operations and maintain effective and appropriate liaisons with colleagues.

·        Actively participate in the daily Food &Beverage briefing, when required

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Knowledge of all Food & Beverage standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health and sanitation standards

·        Estimates and communicates daily production needs

·        Responds appropriately to guests’ needs during the hours of operation

·        Ability to support the control of food cost

·        Ability to assess quality control and adhere to service standards

  • Ability to clearly define productivity standards with quality requirements and methods required to obtain them


Job Specification:
Education: Bachelors/Intermediate

3 years of experience in relevant field (Gulf experience is a plus)
